Joshua W. Maes, the chief operating officer of New York-based data center owner Netrality Properties, and wife Stephanie K. Maes bought a mansion on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach.
Hermes Venetian LLC, managed by Alfredo Vila-Santander, vice chairman of Argentinean cable business Supercanal Holdings, sold the 6,211-square-foot home at 440 W. Dilido Drive to the New York couple.
The price on the deed was $9.54 million.
Dora Puig, of Luxe Living Properties, represented the seller in the deal and said the price totaled $10.75 million with furniture and other accessories included. The buyer was represented by Jeff Fields of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
First Republic Bank provided two mortgages for a combined $6.67 million to the buyer.
The home last sold for $10 million in 2016.
Built on the waterfront lot of 10,000 square feet in 2016, the home features six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a dock, a pool, a home cinema, and a 2,600-square-foot rooftop deck.
This deal continues the trend of wealthy people from the Northeast buying luxury homes in South Florida.
