Amazon is boosting its maximum base salary for corporate workers due to a competitive labor market, according to an internal memo sent Monday.
The company will now cap its base pay for all white-collar workers at $350,000, up from its previous maximum of $160,000, not including restricted stock units or sign-on bonuses.
Amazon said it is also “increasing overall compensation ranges for most jobs globally, and the increases are much more considerable than we’ve done in the past.”
