Conor McGregor’s physical change in the last 3 years outside the UFC: more muscles and shaved hair
What do we like a physical change, and if it’s about UFC legend Conor McGregor even more.
And it is that the Irish fighter has published on instagram two photos, from 2017 and current, comparing his muscles and physical condition. The result, more volume, more muscles, the same tattoos and a new look, now with shaved hair and a beard. Just look at his biceps to see that McGregor has been squeezed to the fullest in recent years in the gym and that, in addition to the fight on the octagon, he has strengthened his hypertrophy work with the weights.
Conor McGregor has been showing his workouts on social media for a few weeks and that is synonymous with the fact that his return to the UFC, against Dustin Poirier next January, is serious. Then presumably will come the boxing match with Philippine champion Manny Pacquiao and, who knows, a possible match against American Justin Gaethje, the great star of the octagon today.
Since his 2018 submission loss to the recently retired Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov, McGregor has radically changed his physique, but he will likely continue to compete in his regular categories – from lightweight to welterweight.
