The developer of the twin-tower 1900 Biscayne (also known as Edgewater Collective) has submitted an application for a construction permit.
According to the July 12 filing, 1900 Biscayne will include 872 multifamily condo units.
The top off at height is listed at 42 floors, or 465 feet.
Hard construction cost is estimated at $245,221,726.
Review by Miami building officials is not yet underway, since the full plans have not yet been filed.
Developer Kushner Companies completed the purchase of 1900 Biscayne in January, with plans to build the twin-tower project.
Demolition at the site was completed in June, after a demolition permit was issued in late April.
Kushner is also building a 393-unit apartment tower across the street at 2000 Biscayne, with vertical construction now underway.
The combined number of residential units Kushner is developing at at 1900 and 2000 Biscayne is 1,265.
