Gazit’s Planned Brickell Tower Gets Height Increase To 699 Feet, New Rendering

Israeli developer Gazit has submitted a new rendering and more detailed plans of a 59-story tower they are planning across from Brickell City Centre, along with a taller height.

The newest set of plans and renderings was submitted to Miami-Dade County planners on March 30.

According to the latest plans, Gazit’s new tower at 90 Southwest 8th Street will now rise 699 feet.

90 Southwest 8th Street is now proposed to include:

  • 504 apartments
  • 17,585 square feet of retail on the ground and 2nd floor
  • 349 parking spaces

Parking will be on the 3rd to 15th floors, with an additional intermediate parking level between the ground and second floors.

Amenities and leasing areas are planned on the 58th and 59th floors.

Atlantic Pacific Communities is also shown in the plan set as a co-developer.

Corwil is the architect.

Demolition is now underway at the site.
