Whiskey has made its triumphal entry since time immemorial to stand out and establish itself in the gastronomic world. This alcoholic drink obtained from the distillation of fermented malt and subsequent aging in wooden barrels, has been limited to its consumption as a simple drink. However, this has become an ideal ally of exquisite preparations loaded with unique and strong flavors.
American black
Ingredients:
Bourbon, 2 oz
Drambie, 1 oz
Black syrup, 1/2 oz
Grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz
Lime, 1/2 oz
1 hit of bitter angostura (one drop)
Others:
Ice, c / n
Grapefruit slice, to taste
Process:
In a shaker add all the ingredients of the recipe and beat. Besides, in a whiskey glass, place ice until the glass is full, let it cool and then remove the excess water. Then pour the preparation into the whiskey glass. Garnish with a dried grapefruit slice.

Penicillin
Ingredients:
Johnnie walker black label, 60 ml
Lemon juice, 30 ml
Honey and ginger syrup, 22 ml
Others:
Lemon peel, to taste
Drops of smoked single malt whiskey, to taste
Ice cube prism, 1 unit
Old fashion short drink glass
Process:
In a shaker, place the juice, whiskey and syrup. Beat vigorously between 10 and 15 seconds to integrate all the ingredients and that the preparation takes temperature. Strain the drink twice and pour it into an old fashion short drink glass. Add the prism ice. On top, place the lemon peel and a few drops of smoked single malt whiskey.

Honi tai
Ingredients
Scotch whiskey, 60 ml
Lime juice, 22 ml
Hesperidin, 15 ml
Coconut and almond orgeat, 30 ml
Others:
Dehydrated lime, to taste
Fresh mint, to taste
Rolito ice, to taste
Old fashion glass
Process:
Place all the ingredients in a shaker next to the ice. Beat vigorously for about 15 seconds. Pour into an old fashion glass and garnish with dehydrated lime and mint.
